dialog_info=
This map's gameplay is supposed to be consistent.
Everything is either lenient enough on its own or has a simple setup.
If you find yourself doing a setupless cornerjump, you're probably missing the setup.
Technically, that's a lie, since you needed to do a setupless cornerjump just to get here, but I swear that's the only one.
Unless you count that one part of berry 1, which isn't a cornerjump at all, since you have a full tile of margin.
So, basically, if you think you should cornerjump, you should look for a setup.
Similarly, all cpops use the same setup so they can be buffered (assuming you normalised your subpixels).
If you don't know the setup or just want to refresh your memory, there's a practice room to the left of this one.
It's hidden behind a fake wall, but if you crouch climb you can enter it.
If you understand these messages, understand the cpop setup, and have completed 1a dashless, you should be able to complete this map.
Good luck!

dialog_cpop=
A ceiling pop (cpop for short) is a climbjump from below a wall, giving you more height, and thus more distance, than sliding off would.
Without special measures, cpops are typically 1-frames, although there does exist a general setup that makes it a 2-frame, and I thought also 3f but I'm not sure about that one.
However, special measures are exactly what happened with the cpops in this map.
Every cpop spot in this map will have this upside-down L-shape. If you take a position where you should cpop, move 3 tiles up and 2 tiles left or right, there will always be 1 tile for you to hang on for the setup.
In this room, the tiles you should hang on are the girders.
Before explaining how to perform the setup, I'll explain why cpops can be buffered in the first place.
Walls have 2 pixels of leniency below them where you can still grab onto them.
This is why you will regrab the wall if you press down for a short time when you're on the bottom pixel.
Cpops without buffered setup work by sliding down so you're within these 2 pixels, and then climbjumping.
This setup makes it so that if you just slide along the wall, you will be within grab distance of the wall while you're at the height of these pixels.
This allows you to buffer the climbjump.
Now here's the actual setup:
Hang on the tile (the girders in this room).
Normalize your vertical subpixels by bumping into the ceiling.
Just hold the direction you want to cpop in, and then buffer a climbjump when you're close to the wall.
Happy cpopping!

dialog_start_warning=
Watch out! There are a lot of insects in this area!
Do not enter if you're scared of insects!
[MADELINE left normal] That's great! I was just looking for insects!
[MADELINE left normal] With a bit of luck, I'll find some spiders!

dialog_no_cornerkick=
[MADELINE left normal] Why would I do the funny climbjump into cornerkick if I can just hit the gap?

dialog_crouch=
[MADELINE left normal] Exactly what I was hoping for!
[MADELINE left normal] A {# ff3640 }spiderus solanus tuberosus{#}!
[MADELINE left distracted] Wait...
[MADELINE left distracted] How am I supposed to get out of here?

dialog_middle=
[MADELINE left surprised] Wait... The sun is down!!!
[MADELINE left sad] I wish I had found some more spiders.
[MADELINE left determined] Anyways, time to get out of here!

dialog_skeleton=
[MADELINE left panic] Oh wise skeleton, how do I pass this room?
[NONE] Idk.
There's a reason I died here, you know.
But I have a feeling that bumping into the ceiling and then just holding left might perfectly setup a cornerjump.
Not that I should know. I'm just a skeleton.
And also I'm kinda very dead.
So like, I can't talk and stuff.
\[Intense noises of a skeleton being dead\]

dialog_end=
[MADELINE left sad] That was a disappointing spider harvest...
[MADELINE left sadder] And I'm kinda hungry...
[MADELINE left sad] Time to go home and eat some chili con carne with meat.

dialog_credits=
I didn't know where to put credits, so here they are.
I would like to thank:
Hyonk Tea, for playtesting this map, giving more thorough feedback than I could have wished for, and loving dashless gameplay.
...
Yeah, that's kind of it, the rest I did myself.
I guess that's not completely true, because of inspiration?
Anyways, I'm 100% sure I don't have to credit these people, but otherwise the credits are so short, so, also thanks to:
catastrophic_cookie for making Cosmic Column. The initial spark for this version of the map came from trying to write a mindash tas for that map.
Also, I saw you gave someone on reddit advice to move down spikes you have to cornerjump off by a pixel.
I was aware the cornerjumps could randomly kill you, so I just made it so it always worked if you bumped into the ceiling first, but this is a lot better, so thanks, my coat.
Alex_21 for making dashless+. This is probably a weird one to thank for, especially since I haven't completed a single room in d+ as of writing this,
but dashless+ is what first pointed me towards how many things you can do in this game without even dashing.
Tiyo for making a video on that one cpop in the golden ridge speedrun. This is where I got the cpop setup in my map from.
Oh wait, I forgot someone. Also thanks to:
You, for playing this map. I know it's a bit cheesy, but I really appreciate it, and I hope you had fun. I loved making this map, and I think it has come out better than I could've imagined when starting out.

[THEO right wtf] {# ff3640}BrokOlieSoep{#}???
[MADELINE left distracted] No, it's me, {+MADELINE}!
[THEO right normal] I see now.
[THEO right normal] Sorry, I thought you were {# ff3640}BrokOlieSoep{#} for a second.
[THEO right wtf] That asshole promised me he wouldn't go for the golden until someone else got it.
[THEO right wtf] I didn't believe him for a single second.
[THEO right normal] But since you're not him, you may not know this yet...
[THEO right excited] There's a goom!
[MADELINE left angry] How would I not know that yet?
[MADELINE left angry] I'm literally {~}IN THE GOOM{/~}!
[THEO right serious] You're right.
[THEO right thinking] Well, since you're here, I might as well give you an explanation of how this room works.
[THEO right normal] Since you collected the dash refill, you now have your dash back.
[THEO right normal] However, the barrier to my right will put you in core mode, meaning no ground refills.
[THEO right normal] This goom consists of a few short trials that all contain a dash refill, except the first one, since you still have your dash.
[THEO right excited] The idea is to get to the refill dashless, and then use your single dash to clear the trial!
[THEO right nailedit] Good luck!
