This map uses two alternate movesets stacked together: Bounce Helper and Playable Badeline (via Meli Helper).
Here's a quick recap of relevant information...
For Bounce Helper, there is a bunch of new tech at the cost of grabbing. In return you get new ground tech for down dashes, and allowing most tech to be done off walls.
Additionally, Bounce Helper allows for throwing in eight directions rather than just two, including vertical recoil.
As for Playable Badeline, it converts the basic dash into projectiles (booster dashes are unchanged). These projectiles recoil the player and can interact with some entities.
Finally, to make things less confusing, Frigo Helper Basketballs are thrown objects with a lot of bounciness and some momentum retention based on player speed.
Inverted basketballs ignore gravity, and Purple basketballs apply their speed to the player when picked up.
